Any hot leads on Workers Compensation roles?
USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

Dress app for the job, not i. costume.

I suppose it might be different if the job included a costume, but you're right.
I'd never entertain the idea of wearing a costume. Showing up to an interview in one will make you look incredibly unserious. I could see maybe wearing an orange tie, but that would be as far as I'd be willing to go.
For me, that would depend on if it is an internal or external role. If it's internal, I would follow the culture of the company. My company has halloween parties and costume contests, so I would be dressed accordingly. If it's external, I would tone it down and maybe sport some halloween themed accessories, but not a full blown costume.

Great answer! Following the company culture.
Diabolical. Wouldn’t do that for an internal nor external interview unless it was for a job at Spirit Halloween lol

Even if you work at a place where everyone dressed up for Halloween? Yeah, I still might not do anything beyond a splash of orange.
Yes 10000%.
How else are they supposed to know that you are a strong culture fit?? You are engaging in a "mock" team bonding activity and embracing the "work hard - play hard" mentality. Diversity and inclusion is a top priority so wear whatever costume makes you comfortable. (satire)

Haha, yes, the question was a bit tongue in cheek.
I've never had a job interview on Halloween, but if I did I'm sure I wouldn't wear a costume to it. I'm actually not a huge fan of adults getting carried away over Halloween. I think it's a great holiday but the dressing up part should be for kids, not grown-ups. That's my unpopular opinion.

Even if you have a party to go that's all adults? No costume at all? (I agree absolutely no costume at work or for an interview)
Even though a fun idea zi would stick to regular outfit with orange scarf earrings or tie if you think it helps Otherwise business dress is best. A suit jacket and neat pants in conservative pattern is best for a salary position best of luck!

Haha, I meant a splash of orange. Don't wear a splash of organs!!
