This role is slightly different than the typical customer-facing GTM function and from the initial recruiter call, my read is the role focuses more on running programs and motions to drive certain product adoption with scale. Curious if anyone has insights over the type of questions that get asked, especially on the functional side.

I was just informed that I am going to be extended an offer for AWS Proserve. What is the pay schedule for AWS… I thought she said that payday was once a month… I didn’t know if I heard this correctly.

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. Does that sound like a decent counter?

Any insight on Marketing Manager salaries at Amazon?? I was quoted around 140 which I feel is rather low as I’ve interviewed for a senior role before (didn’t get it) and was quoted in the 200s.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
