EY fishes: I’m considering an offer to move over to EY, but I’m trying to understand the Pathways to Parenthood program in more detail. Specifically the reimbursement for fertility treatments and time until your eligible for them. Do you need to have worked at EY for a year to use this benefit or is that just for the parental leave portion of the program? My wife doesn’t invest her money in stocks, mutual funds , CDs. She just has a 401k and all her savings go into a savings account which basically yields nothing. I coax her into investing and have often told her about inflation over the years and lower of compounding but she is too scared that investing would take her money away.
