Looking to book flights for my parents to visit us in the US next month. Considering an Emirates flight with a single stop from Bombay via Dubai.Does anyone have any recent experience with Emirates? Last I traveled a few years ago I really liked them but unsure how they are in the pandemic in terms of reliability. Also heard bad things about the reliability of Air India which would be a direct option for us. Is it recommend to avoid? Thanks in advance

I’m an MS Management Student graduating in June 2023. I applied to over 40 positions within the Big 4/MBB and even with extensive networking, I haven’t heard back from any really. I have an offer from a pretty well-known but less prestigious Consulting Firm, but I’m wondering what my chances even are of going Big 4/MBB if I’m not a campus hire. Will they even consider me for an experienced hire a year or two down the road if they showed no interest this time? Any advice welcome!

What type of case studies are people getting when interviewing for Strategy roles? How about Finance? Are they the same style/depth as consulting case studies? Are the examples from as "Case in Point" or "Hacking the Case" a good representation? Going to start applying in the next month or two and want to brush up on my skills.

Tried this Santorini retailing for $40. Very concentrated but can’t say I was blown away by it. Volcanic terroir dominates almost to the point of obscurity, and it had strong lemon notes, hints of quince, and sea salt. It clashed with Mexican food (hey I knew that beforehand but didn’t think it would clash THAT bad, and usually pair Mexican with Riesling or Gewürztraminer) but I’m going to Greece soon and wanted to drink Greek wine. I drank half at a BYOB, took the bottle home(cont’d)

Interested in exploring emerging wine regions. I’ve tried some snake river valley and liked it quite a bit. Anyone have any recommendations?

Ribeiro: LOVE this wine region from the Galicia region of Spain but it’s hard to find anything coming out of this place. Not to be confused with Ribera del Duero, known for Vega Sicilia, lot of white wine cones from this region. The Treixadura grape is prominent, and it has granite soils and a rich bubblegum like flavor. Lovely minerality and acidity.
