Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

If your previous team wants you back and you want to go back, jump ship.
Ops probably won't change, I got offers from almost all big tech cos coming from B4 and I'm certain I can do it again. It's not all that
Before you go back, remember why you left and decide if it’s still the right choice.
Find out if the director has any near term plans to leave. If not, to me, going back sounds like a good option.
It’s easier to do the reverse switch. With that said, here is my point of view.
Going up at tech is not same as consulting. L7, L8 etc very high level roles at Amazon for instance. They make 1000s of partners every year. Same will apply to any big tech. Getting to L7 + is a trek as that would be the ceiling for many.
