Has anyone bought Marriott points from a points broker? Any reccs?

I've worked as a maid for a long time but am tired of driving to everyone's homes, so I'm thinking of trying out a job as a housekeeper in a hotel. Is there anyone out there who has done both jobs and can tell me a bit about the differences? I would appreciate any advice at all.

I'm an Indian holding bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from India and master of international marketing degree from a United States. Overall, I have 7+ years of work experience in sales and marketing. IELTS 6.5 now I wish to migrate into Canada with the PR. Since lot of candidates are in the pool, sadly it would take me nearly 12 to 18 months to get my Canadian PR.
