Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve never had a company counter offer. I think it’s often frowned upon in the HR community to do so bc when companies have, some employees have continued this practice year over year as a means to get more money. However, if I didn’t have either of these two motives I would stay, reference the devil I know metaphor from previous reply.
That said though, if monetarily you’re not making what you need to where you are, moving is likely your only option. In my mind, when everything is fine where I am, I still speak to recruiters when they reach out, I still keep an eye on the job market, I still interview. However, I only make a jump for 20% bump in salary and that’s take home, so after I’ve paid for benefits, plus fully remote
