Has anyone ever gone back to school for a second Master’s Degree? I have an MBA, but really love college and thought about furthering my education. Is a Master’s in HR/Employee Relations too specific without an HR background?

If you have the money to pay for a second master’s degree or the return on investment is worth it, then do it

like

Neither, but I’m currently working towards the PMP since I have a little less than 3 years as a PM.

I do have the CAPM though.

I am getting masters right now. I am doing systems Engineering and MBA with the focus for engineering management. I love it. Best thing I am doing. Some teachers are amazing and some are okay. I say if you want an MBA do it, no one will really care about your focus. Maybe future employer.

I also have to say Boeing is paying 100% of my degree.

Is the ROI worth it? A lot of people don’t have degrees.

Degrees don’t open up jobs like they used to. Going into debt for such a niche masters without experience won’t really open doors if you don’t have the work history.

Posted about this a while back but didn’t get a definitive response. I have a bunch of Manhattan prep GMAT books from the past few years that have little to no writing in them. There’s probably 20 of them so pretty heavy but I’m looking to give this away to someone for free. Only thing is I asked for you to take all of them versus just a few. I live in downtown Manhattan near the stock exchange and hoping to give by the 24th. Thanks!

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

Thought - In the Georgia runoff elections, the best use of Democrat money would be to run ads which seem to have a conservative bent and play up the election fraud conspiracies, claiming the election system is broken and can’t be trusted. Maybe even offer up a way to grieve their frustrations with the system (that isn’t voting obviously). Would be so effing perfect if Rs lost the senate because trump cast doubt on election integrity.
