I am a female and I am all for sisterhood. I have supported my colleague/sup from the beginning of her pregnancy (she’s on her seventh month) but lately I feel she’s been relying too much on me.

My friend recently had a big fight with her boyfriend and it's not solved yet - she's worried. I just got engaged on Friday. Should I tell her now or is it bad timing? I don't post anything on social media or told anyone except family yet, so she won't find out from others.

What are you doing with your students this week? School ends with a half day on Thursday and I'm doing worksheets all week and we're watching Elf on Wednesday. Trying not to feel bad about doing a movie day, the kids are tired and so am I.

Salam, I was in a 3Y relationship, it’s been few months, I live alone. Don’t have tons of friend so I find myself lonely after work. Looking for some perspective: we just got a brand new $2,000 glass top 78" dining table. I asked my husband to please use a table cloth when he uses that table for d&d with his friends to avoid scratches and the loud dice on the table. He got upset that I "don't let him enjoy our stuff," that I "hate the sound of him having fun," and he says I am being unreasonable. Three female former remote colleagues invited my husband on a trip (no spouses). Husband agrees it's not appropriate but I think he’d consider going if said I was fine with it. All are in their 30s with spouses and same aged young kids. Am I selfishly depriving him of a trip with friends? I have ADHD and executive dysfunction, resulting in horrid eating habits my whole life. My body just doesn’t tell me it is hungry and pre-pregnancy, I could go days without eating. The Pocket Nanny tracker where you press the button of the feed, diaper change, etc, seems to be popular but doesn’t log it anywhere. Has anyone heard of these and have a recommendation for one that logs as well?

Anyone else notice if they’re throwing out more food than Pre-pandemic? Trying to plan family meals two weeks at a time, to limit exposure. But noticing there’s undoubtedly waste—whether it be bread or fresh veggies. Part of it is the “I’m too tired to cook let’s order out” but that is only 1-2x a month. Looking for advice how other families have dealt.

My bf took a guys trip to Caribbean to celebrate a good friend of 20+ year’s milestone bday. The friend’s bday is the day before mine. Normally bf and I trip for my bday over the holiday weekend. I am an Engg. (2004-2008) then went for MBA from UPES, Dehradun in Oil and Gas (2012-2014 : Regrettable decision). No connection though with O&G industry. Approx 10 years of work exp.
