Has anyone faced unfair hiring process from companies that hires you under a permanent job role and probation period of 3 to 6 months... Then after you cleared their backlogs and improved their systems on the backend, they did not proceed to promote you to a permanent role and gave you a notice period to exit the company. Then while at it, they posted the same job role online. Asking for a friend.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?
