Hi All,
Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

I did for various reasons that weren’t totally clear when I was pregnant although I did ask repeatedly about extending my leave and was ignored. I gave one months notice to the end of my leave and didn’t have any legal issues or whatever. The only thing that could have happened is that I would have had to pay back my health insurance because more than half of my leave was unpaid and usually that is deducted from your paycheck - but I was on my husbands health insurance so it didn’t apply.
It was the best decision I ever made. I had a lot of trouble going back after my first born and was depressed for the whole first year of her life. With my second born I ended up taking a full year off and I felt so much better with that space.
Feel like I don’t want to come back. Hate being away from my son even for a second ..
