Here's a wannabe coach who needs some guidance. I am 26 y/o, have worked in research and corporate world. As i entered the adult world and started working when 20y/o i missed the time i used to volunteer for organizations talking about leadership and motivation. I have a job that fulfills me, working in a top company blah blah but i don't feel i am giving to the world. Social media makes me feel people need guidance. I want be a coach but what's the best way to start?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Entering my 2nd year as a medical malpractice (insurance) defense litigator. My billables are 2200 per year, even during WFH and COVID while the courts are moving very slowly. Any advice as to what I should look into for an exit? I can’t hit those billables while maintaining my sanity.
