Should I stop contributing to my 401K and put all my energy into paying off my student loan? Right now it's unconsolidated so there are rates between 3-6% and it's 20k.

Try to at least put enough in your 401k to receive your full company match as that’s free money. Then I would prioritize paying off debt.

like

Always contribute to a 401k, even if it’s just the minimum to where your company matches it. When you retire, you’ll be glad you did. And, yes, also work on paying off that debt. I know it’s tough, but it’s doable. Good luck!!

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

Could also reapply this fall and add Tuck and Kellogg to the mix but unsure if it’s worth the risk as this fall may be very competitive.

About to get about $10k from freelance. I have a full time job so my bills are already covered. Unsure how to split the $10k - got about $3k on credit cards to pay off, but no other debt. Should I throw the rest into savings? Buy some more stock (have a few $100 invested already)? Could do a bit of each of course but as I split it up it feels like less and less and like I'm not going to see substantial growth either way.
