Chipping in as a female in her 30s - I’ve been trying to meet someone for some time on apps but find a lot of time wasters (and as we all know the job is demanding) - I have quite a few high quality female friends (kind ambitious good jobs funny beautiful) and we all say the same thing - where are the good quality men! And when I say good quality I mean kind / genuine / ambitious
She’s welcome to have them to. But I’d prefer to avoid the potential disruption to both households by trying to norm everyone into a collective group that the children did not opt for but their parents elect to impose. It has little to do with me and everything to do with my children. It’s for the same reason that I won’t have more biological (or adopted) children. I don’t want mine to feel like second class citizens since they came from a former marriage and my “new” children would be living with me 100% of the time but my previous children would not. Thank you for understanding.

Yep…. Working with one now. It’s quite expensive but I’m meeting quality men, so I think it’s worth it. For me, I want different so I decided it was time to do something different. So far so good.
She’s born and raised in NYC and because of that she has deep connections and knows a lot of great quality men in the city
With all of the available apps and self-managed dating options out there, I’d skip it. Dating is a numbers game and you’ll get the most visibility and variety using one. Expensive matchmaking services self-select for the same type of person and unless you want a carbon copy of yourself, I feel you’ll be better off using an app
I’m also interested in this; I’m 32 and Male. I’ve been told I’m too young to be paying this much, but tbh — I’m ready to settle and have the resources to pay. Thoughts on effectiveness for finding quality women?
Not sure how I feel about delegating this part of my life tbh. Is it the lack of time to dedicate to dating that has you seek a matchmaker?
