Has anyone noticed a lack of job listings lately? Is it a bad job market or has AI started taking jobs already?

Which agencies would anyone here say do strong work with social media - clearly understand the medium in their content work, innovate with platform capabilities... would any of you say your own?

I used to have a fitbit. Really liked a lot of its features. Like the reminder to move and the competition within the app (games and competitionvs friends). However, whenever I was at work I'd find myself taking it off for more comfortable typing and then forgetting it during the day. Now that I'm back at work I'm sitting more and need to move. I spoke with a recruiter recently about a position in her company and before we even began talking about the job, she asked if I needed an sponsorship, I told her no, I dont need one. But she continued to press on the subject until I had to tell her I was a US citizen. I dont know why, but the whole conversation made me extremely uncomfortable. So my question is, can recruiters ask you about your visa/immigration status even when I told her I didnt need a sponsorship??

How unprofessional is it to accept an offer and back out before your start date?

Have you heard about different benefit offerings or adjustments agencies make (ie, not giving same benefits) to those who join FT but work from home status?

I recently saw a job opening at a company that I really love, and would like to apply. The recruiter has posted it on her Linkedin several times, each time with multiple hashtags about diversity. I am straight off the Mayflower white. Does applying look super tone-deaf? Is this an unofficial way of stating that they’re only considering non-white individuals for the role?

I have resigned and my agency is not counting my approved PTOs for two weeks. I put notice for 30 days, is there any way I can negotiate? Or is there any law that prevents companies to cancel hard earned PTOs?
