Has anyone pursued being a real estate agent as a side hustle ? I’ve been told it’s easy & can be fruitful even if it’s done as a part time gig. Thoughts?

I have been an HR assistant for 2 years in the public sector 80% staffing 20% recruiting, I want to break out into the private sector and have 5+ interviews but never seen grab there attention. Recruiters have told me that I interview well, Any Advice?? I have also gotten a Hr management Cert and working on my PHR.

Hello all! I am an associate underwriter in commercial lines for a regional carrier in Boston. I have been in this role for a year. I graduated college in 2019. I was in Sales for a about a year and a half then switched to this role. I make $56 a year. I know my company underpays it’s employees but I am curious how much more I could be making? I will likely be promoted to a Level 1 underwriter within the next 6 months to a year at the latest. Thanks!
