Has anyone seen a dip in admin salaries? I had a job screening w a local company (HCOL area) an Admin/BI hybrid position that required 5+ years of experience + Tableau/PowerBi. Their offering salary range was 65k-75k, which is less than I made starting out of college. Is this due to the popularity of Salesforce Administration certs or just companies taking advantage of tech layoffs? For reference, I’ve had two other screening calls that wouldn’t budge past 80k when discussing salary.
