Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?
I have recently got selected in tcs and I have 10.5 years of experience with 25 LPA. A lot of our proposals are sitting while clients are figuring out if they need to cost cut like some peers or continue with growth projects. The uncertainty has just delayed deals and given it’s that time of year that new grads are all onboarding and we usually have a “softer” period business wise as we ramp back up from summer vacations etc it’s been a noticeable drop in pipeline that’s starting to manifest in staff utilization.
