[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Bro don’t sell yourself short, consulting is front of house, sales is front of house, and if you work on c-suite engagements you’re definitely gonna do more than all right. It’s all sales anyway. Good luck!
Also every digital health company wants to sell to payers- I’ve seen many make that transition from payer world to chief sales/growth at a digital health company

Consulting = Sales. Not just advisory. You don’t state your band but the fastest route from B8 to partner is to embed yourself at a client and help sell deals. I know someone who went from B8 to B10 in 3 years because the client loved them and kept throwing projects at them.
