I just bought an Alexa for my grandma's birthday. Her old radio broke and she's been kind of sad because she can't listen to her favorite music anymore while cooking, so I thought this would be a good pick. She'll have her favorite music right there.

Later today my grandpa tells me she's not been asking Alexa for her favorite music, but for her radio stations instead 😭😂

I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?
