Has anyone used Tableau or other BI platforms to show metrics on your teams utilization. Certain key fields that helped or maps charts that were visually appealing?

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss. I feel super uncomfortable now because do I essentially lie to my boss because I’m not supposed to talk about it.

Hadn’t noticed this sub before, and most of the threads are old so thought I’d ask a follow up - how has everyone been handling parenting with public accounting? I’ve got a toddler and my wife is an accountant (industry), and we only have a few immediate family in the country- but they have health concerns. A colleague mentioned to me that they bill self study instead of pto. If I’m utilized at 100%+ and staffed on a client and take 3 days off wed-Sunday, they say bill self study and save pto. Advice?

If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf?
