Don’t know how fit/unfit you currently are, but if you want to lose fat you’ll have to get your heart rate up. While this can help for stamina (even benefits here will be limited), not sure this will be helpful for losing fat.
It’s also hard to go target fat loss to a specific body region. Focus on a higher protein diet (I like 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat because I find anything lower than 30% carbs to not be sustainable for me). Strength training also helps. There’s nothing wrong with a stronger core of course but this won’t like target stomach fat.

I keep seeing the ads for this but I haven’t ever seen one in use. That said you could just do a regular plank because I don’t know if this is a go to fitness piece if you don’t have other equipment.
Haha yeah. Was wondering that too. I think it was more about a toy making things fun
