I'm aware of the changes brought about by Elon's acquisition but from a user POV, I don't think I notice the massive changes to the platform everyone discusses as 'a permanently fractured social media landscape'. Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
