I'm aware of the changes brought about by Elon's acquisition but from a user POV, I don't think I notice the massive changes to the platform everyone discusses as 'a permanently fractured social media landscape'. Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. I think I’m doing great, but that depends on the day and who I work with (no other writers by the way).
