Have a question from a SWE friend if anyone has any insight!

If anyone has experience at either Visa or Bank of America and is able to offer some insight into what the work and culture is like at either of these companies/industries and the differences between them (fintech vs. banking)? Right now have a SWE internship offer for both but am looking for a general full-time opinion as well.

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

Any nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.
