Hi Can some one tell me What is the salary that I can draw as a 2 years experienced SOC Analyst
Finally got my first cleared job at 145k. I'm looking to stay in cleared federal work for a long time. How is the salary growth potential for cleared employees?
Question for EY moms - my husband and I are thinking about starting a family soon, so I was looking up the parental leave policy to see what my options are. I know some firms have clawback clauses that require you to come back to work for a specific period of time or else you have to pay back the salary you received while on leave, but I couldn’t find anything similar in the EY policy. Does this mean EY doesn’t have a clawback clause for parental leave, or is it just hidden away somewhere? TIA!
What is the average salary of a social media/digital marketing professional with 4 years of experience in SF?
I was told today by one of the hiring company hr that the market is dipping now.. there will no longer be job opportunities at good Salary ranges for much longer.. is it true ?!
@PwC with bonus payouts getting close, any fresher info about cuts, reorganization, etc?
Is this a lowball offer for an Associate Counsel position at a well-known Phila/Wilmington international media conglomerate? 120k base, 15% bonus, and $20K RSU. (FYI, third-year associate here.) Don’t know if I should walk away if no wiggle room to move up from base or accept just as an entry point. Worried that I’ll be stuck with this as an anchor. Also, if I get promoted to Counsel in a few years, will my salary jump or will it be a small increase? Thanks in advance for any advice/input!
You just received a bonus of $15k net and you have three options: 1. Reduce Student loan from 27k to 12k 2. Invest 50% and reduce student loan from 27k to 19k 3. Invest all the 15k and continue with the current student loan schedule. Which of these options would you choose and why? Interest on loan is 4% annually
Can anyone share what salary one can expect for PwC, SC Columbia (SDC) at Associate level? Have heard there are multiple levels i.e. Analyst, Specialist and so on.
Received offer from late-stage (Series D) startup. Really like the company and industry, equity package is solid given their stage but base salary is only a 7% bump, and below the range I (contd)...
Didn't get promoted to SA but got a 7% Distinctive Achievement bonus... what? Still making under 60k even though I'm cloud certified. I feel severely undervalued and under paid.
I have an interview soon and suspect their salary band is below what I would accept even in a best-case (glassdoor shows about half of my current TC). Is it rude to push through and see what happens?
Any insight into TCS M&A group? They reached out offering $200k for an M&A specialist role and would be a significant jump from my current salary. Unsure what they do in M&A space since they focus largely on delivery vs strategy
Have you ever had your offer rescinded for negotiating salary? Was it with with a B4 firm?
How likely is it to get an interview from a M7? And after getting an interview, how many get accepted?
What exactly should one wear for a video call interview these days? It seems weird to wear a blazer when it’s the middle of summer and WFH. Help!
Feeling really down because I just got a gestational diabetes diagnosis. On a really tough project that makes it so so hard to be active, feeling like I’m guilty of causing this, and sad that I have several months of dietary restriction ahead of me. Any advice?
Why’s it called FAANG and not like FAMAG or something? In my opinion I hardly ever find anyone who’s able to switch into Netflix whereas Microsoft is still a top tier tech firm and is always hiring undergrads and even non tech folks
Mathematically closing LGA would actually increase the total number of flights in and out of NY/NJ. But would disproportionately affect those in Manhattan.
Any recommendations for books or materials to prepare for Amazon or FAANG product (technical) manager roles? I’m assuming this was asked many times, I haven’t had luck locating ideal threads but will keep looking as well! Any advice would be appreciated 🙂
I've an interview scheduled for this week with EY for the role of Consultant - Performance Improvement. For first round I was asked to submit a case study solution. I wanted to know how many rounds of interviews would be there and how the overall process would be like since this would be my first experience for consulting interview. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated 😊
Any Boston MBBers? What is the culture in your office? Are you actively still hiring or is the hiring frenzy over? Would you say the people are happy?
Can anyone recommend any trainings or certifications to up my game? I am a project manager and feeling lost after joining back from maternity leave. It’s been 8 months now
PwC SDC Bangalore HRs are verbally promising permanent work From Home/Anywhere. Do you think it's going to be like that or they will call to office in coming months ? It's just a trick to attract candidates.
So peeps, office opening up. What's your plans on moving to Mumbai? Knowing apartment hunting can be a real bitch, some are planning to go back to hometown in the WFH week. i.e work at office at designated week and live in temporary accommodation, and then travel back.
Accepted an offer for a MM in FDD, but my current employer is offering 15k to stay, and will transfer me to the service line I desire (I have it in writing). Base is 10k more, and benefits and exits better at B4. Any reason not to stay? Not looking forward to reneging but seems like an easy decision
Canada here, asking for a friend - is it possible to not allow an employee to wfh given the circumstances? Even when the firm is technologically capable? My friend doesn’t feel comfortable going in.
thoughts on this inclusion thing? As a minority it seems to be a publicity stunt... for the pictures and social media posts... Just confused about why we are still talking about what needs to get done
I’m trying to hop between big 4 consulting roles. Presently, I’m a life science PhD and MBA hire to EY with 3+ YOE as a Senior consultant/associate. Do I have any shot at manager roles assuming I focus on life science roles? I’m concerned my lack of manager title kills any chance I have of joining another firm as a manager.
