My experience is 1.2 years and I am being offered to move to Oslo,Norway to work from the onsite location.
Is it a good choice to move to Norway? What benefits does a person get when they move to an onsite location ?
Please suggest whether it is a good option to choose an onsite project or stay in India, and switch after some time?

Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). I recently joined Accenture(lvl 12). I am 2 months in a support project now. How do I get good and get my work noticed?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
