Have an interview with Facebook for Program Manager, Business Integrity - any tips/advise for people who have interviewed with Facebook??

Received verbal offer for position that I’m considering. Assuming I accept, recruiter advised not to give notice until after clearing background check. I have nothing that would come back on that check, any reason to wait for it to clear? I’d rather give notice before so that I’m giving myself more time off in between jobs... Thoughts?

In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

How have people regained their professional confidence after being transitioned out of MBB? I always had good scores overall but was average in problem solving, hence the transition.
