Staff/Diligence Attorney mainly focused on PE transactions/M&A at a V20 firm into a traditional partnership-track junior (1-3 yr) Associate position at a peer firm’s similar practice group? Just received my offer from Uber. Is it normal for recruiters to play hard ball when it comes to comp? Hello Legal Recruiters! What’s the market compensation for a commercial real estate associate with 1+ YOE at a small firm (20 partners) in a secondary market.
