I had an interview with IBM for band 8 , completed salary discussion with HR and Bgv forms.HR was told yesterday that I will be getting offer letter today but when I check with HR today she was saying g that the position is on hold and let me know after a week.
May I know whether I will get offer letter by next week.

Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

I never write back to these, feels inappropriate until we’ve made a decision on your interview - and then you get a phone call either rejecting or moving you forward, so I will talk to you regardless
Most consulting interview follow up comms are handled by HR, not the people you interviewed with. It’s perfectly fine to send them, but at least at Deloitte for in office interviews, the actual decision is made within an hour after your last interview for 90% of people.
Given that, if I responded to all the thank you emails it might lead to questions about their hiring status or possibly give them a false expectation about how they did, especially if we decided not to hire. I generally prefer to leave all that to HR. It’s nothing personal.
Eh, I guess it’s just polite to do it. Usually get a response here and there, but literally nothing from 7 different people so far lol
Usually I’ll get at least 1 back, but I’ve had times where I’ve gotten no responses. I would not say it’s indicative of a rejection
