Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. All for sharing thinking w/ the team & I know we feel imposter syndrome to varying degrees, but I also feel like it’s good for planners to find their own voice/style/flow. Thoughts?

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.
