Have two offers for financial analyst roles at both Booz Allen and Raytheon. Raytheon is the better offer due to being fully remote while Booz Allen is in a HCOL area. Question is whether those benefits are just short term and if Booz Allen would open more doors in the consulting space (long term) as well as provide more attractive comp. down the road.

Can anyone provide TC for manager positions at Liberty or Progressive? Are they offering remote for these jobs?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?

I have a question for established FAs with staff. How much vacation time do you give your longest tenured employee and how many years has the person worked with you?

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?
