No, I wouldn't expect anything.
P3, do you know when we may find out?
It depends on your group. I didn't when I joined, but the folks who joined with me in different groups did get.
I joined in Feb and also wasn't part of the discussion. Your contract and signing bonus are too close to round tables. You miiiiight get a bonus, but definitely won't see your base changed.
No bonus or base increase. I started in March a few years ago and got nothing 3/4 months later. You do have a leg up as you should now have a few months to get yourself settled thus should help for next crt/ratings
Nope!
If you started too late for CRT you got what was a "0" rating which effectively means "not enough information to review". Not in any way a bad thing, but as a result you shouldn't expect adjustments. You can verify this with your relationship partner. If they don't reach out on the topic and you don't have routine check ins set up with them already, take the opportunity to do so.
Based on a friend who was in a similar situation, for sure check with peers on their salary change post CRTs and then call up/email HR if there's a discrepancy. My friend wasn't included in a decent cohort base pay upgrade, but then immediately, no second questions asked got a bump to match latest cohort figures.
This is a bad year. If anything like at EY, where leaders have warned us about low bonuses, you should not expect much at all.
&EY1 Our bonuses were fully funded this year
I appreciate everyone's responses, but I believe the Pdubs guys/gals would have the most accurate info. Our bonus pool was fully funded but whether a raise & a bonus is given to someone who started almost at the end of the performance year falls under company policy / precedent. I am simply not sure where these chips tend to fall and how practice and/or service line dependent they are.
