Hello 🐟🎏
When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

Had it for 37. Struggled with college and school, but found some purpose in my 30's and leveraged my hyper-focus periods to make up for my lack-of-focus periods. Went back to school and finished #1 in my class after failing out in my first try.

Are we just listing our ages?
I think just to give context for how long we’ve survived without additional assistance. I would definitely feel differently about seeking a diagnosis if I was early 20s and still thinking about more school or even just being at the start of my career again.

Take meds?
Best thing i ever did was ditch my meds and learn to manage it myself. It took a decade of failure, but I'm much happier because of it. I know this isn't the case for everyone and/or the best option.
If you are fortunate, you’ll have it another 50 years
You're right but it can definitely become more manageable with the right set of things that work for you whether that be medication, therapy, etc. I think you have to learn what is best for you to help you manage it.
