If you qualify for aid and don’t see yourself at MBB long term, definitely just take it. HBS is supposed to open doors for you, don’t restrict yourself. I’m also applying next year and were hoping to qualify for aid so that I won’t bounded by the sponsorship commitments.

Be mindful of visa sponsorship. US VCs almost never sponsor unless you have a unique background (eg phD or something)

Thanks! Yes I learned this very recently but also not dead set on staying in the US - worst case I can always reapply to MBB in the US or my home office and likely get in if VC doesn’t work out immediately post school.

If you’re not set on returning to MBB maybe take the aid and test your luck in scholarships.
I’d take the aid. MBB is usually happy for you to come back anyway
