I am already holding an offer of 36 LPA from a US based analytics company.

I had almost 5 rounds of technical interview with HCL as well as with direct client.

Is it wise to join HCL?
I even asked for onsite and they told after completing 1 year, I shall be eligible for the same, is this correct?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
