Hearing from this bowl that Accenture Strategy pays $105k base out of undergrad, vs MBB which at most seems to be at ~100k base atm. Will there be any move from MBB to match this base? Is comp progression slower at Accenture, leading to the short term higher base to be not as appealing?

Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
