I dont know what the market rate in Wisconsin is for that role but with that experience and certifications, I would definitely be looking at 130k to 150k annually
Definitely!
Good lord. No idea on range for that role but if I was with a company for that time and still below 6 figures I’d have an issue. I moved companies ever few years to make sure I was at or above market asking price. Might be time to start looking.

Do some research on what market rate for your job role is. It will vary on geography and glass door or zip recruiter are good places to start looking. You can maybe build a case from the research to see if they are willing to raise it to what you found. Past that, if they still don’t budge, you have to fix up your resume, get your references, and start looking for a new job. Good luck!
With your experience, managerial background, and certifications, $70K is below market. Comparable roles typically pay $90K–$105K for operations management and $100K–$114K for quality management, with specialized Six Sigma Black Belt roles sometimes exceeding $120K. You could reasonably target $95K–$120K+, depending on the company and responsibilities. Do you see job postings in your area offering salaries in that $95K–$120K+ range? Only matters what you can get in the area.
What industry?
I’m underpaid too, I’m trying to get out because I know my company will not increase my pay to market. It’s been a struggle trying to get interviews though.
I say try and get out, or at least bring them an offer you’re willing to take and see if they match it. If not then bye bye.
Move to California, they would pay you $120 to start
First Timer.. Pls, can a friend who cares give me a clue on how to get It job at Asia continent
You should 100% be making over six figures. No questions asked.
One of the huge benefits of remote work is that you can apply for roles throughout the country and obtain higher salaries, as well.
Hope you are able to find a role that pays you what you’re worth.
I’m a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years experience. I should think you should get somewhere in the neighborhood of $90/hour or $125,000/year. The market has been really soft lately though. Still $70,000 seems really low to me.
