Going to get my H1B visa stamp next month after almost 3 years of not being home! What documents do you recommend I bring?

Final day at current company tomorrow and I have 100k+ AMEX points I need to use before they disappear forever. How should I redeem them to get the most bang for my buck?

Is it normal in Amex that managers (leaders) are arrogant and doesn’t give a damn? Or is it just me with a sheer bad luck!

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I currently make about 160k and if JPM would give me a high draw for the first 3 years to build, and if it’s feasible to sustain that 160+ there.

I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through.
