I have been recently interviewed by HCL.

In 1st round interviewer is very much impressed and tell me directly i am happy and recommend you to the HR.

Now in 2nd round, interviewer didn't joined the interview and I have send an email to the hr stating the same.

Now HR has Ghost me nor returning my email or call.

What to do now, is there any way to check the current status?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process. Eagerly looking for a switch. I am having total of 10YOE with NBFC and currently working as Sales Manager with SBI CARDS.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

I have joined a company on 4th Feb, through consultancy on contract to hire basis.
I only received the job offer letter from the consultancy, but no Appointment Letter is given yet.
So since it's 10-15 day, since I joined. Can I leave this company, since I've got a better offer, with my suitable location.
PS: I have also received the laptop, but didn't login or do anything yet.
Please help me, can I still leave the company? And return the laptop to them. Or I have to continue here itself?
