I have offers from two companies.please help which should I choose.

Company A- Paying 21 LPA + 1.5 Lacs as joining bonus but work is ok with heavy workload ,also it is 25 kms away from my house.(Hybrid mode)

Company B- Paying 19 LPA but work is good, 10 kms away from home (Hybrid mode )

YOE- 7

What are the director level salaries of Product Manager in SF/Bay area?

I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.

I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.
What type of things would you be asking yourself if you were in my shoes and debating to jump ship?

I have cleared CTS interview and have asked for 21lpa with 6 yoe in automation testing. Do they give that much with the yoe I have ?

Today i got call from my recruiter and she informed me that my offer letter will be revised . Prev the offer was 15.90 LPA . Now the revised offer contains 17.10 LPA . I was quite surprised with this behaviour .
My DOJ is 21st feb 2022. Designation - sr. Associate - projects

Is there anything worried about this ? Anyone faced this kind of approach ? Kindly suggest
