After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. I have a number of books on contracts that I’ve found super helpful over the years (The Tech Contracts Handbook, A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting, Sign Here, etc.). Can anyone recommend books they’ve found helpful for L&E matters, privacy matters, product matters, or marketing/advertising matters?

I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. I am so systemically exhausted I am struggling to translate my current skill-set to market myself into non- healthcare markets. When I say non- healthcare, I truly mean completely NOTHING to do with any direct clinical or patient related/facing anything. Anyone have any worda of wisdom or insight? I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
