What is the turn around time for a standard interview in Adobe? ( From initial screening until offer letter release)

But in 29 of nov show two status on ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume shotlisted and previous it shows evaluation in progress.What it mean?

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?
