So I recently gave interview for walmart and had multiple hiring manager rounds, but in the end was rejected and got rejection mail as well. After a month, the hr reached out again and scheduled one more HM round but it turned out that I got selected by the second HM now, and need not sit for this interview.
I am a bit sceptical of this situation now.

I have an offer from OpenText that I have signed and joining is in 10 days.

Any advice on what to do?

Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!

I recently joined a product company and not happy with project.. There does not appear to be any planning in team.. And wlb is not great..
Also 11 years exp and joined at grade 8.. Seems most join at grade 10+ here..on top of this now hybrid, but HR told wfh..best place to work etc so we give wfh..Should i start trying again less than 4 months..

PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.
