I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

When would our leave expires? End of December this year or by 31st January 2023?
