Hello Consultancy folks,

I'm exploring new EPM consultancy roles in the UK. I'm currently a principle EPM consultant, and have been out of the market for a while, but want to hear about the salary ranges roughly for a Principal EPM consultant and also a Management EPM consultant so then I can act accordingly with interviews and negotiations.

Could any of you in these grades post in the comments below a couple of ranges to help me gage an idea? Thanks in advance! EPM EPM Partners

Through a lot of comp discussions I heard a lot of talk of “making you whole” when things get better. Am I drinking the kool-aid by believing this? Is this just meant to prevent further questions that the firm does not know the answer to?
