Hello, could anyone share their interview experience at ConnectWise? I have an upcoming in-person interview at ConnectWise this Saturday. I would like to know if they ask DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) questions during the interview. I am an experienced Java developer, primarily working with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs. The role at ConnectWise is for a Golang developer, and they mentioned that they will provide Golang training. Would it be advisable to switch from Java to Golang

Three job interviews with a company, last one creating a marketing plan and presenting to marketing VP. I received good feedback from him. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself.
