Hello! 👋🏽

Does anyone have a good ‘free’ resource they use for benchmarking, specifically looking for reliable hospice care National turnover data. 📈

Healthcare in general is readily available, but after reviewing several sites and articles I have been unsuccessful in finding reliable hospice care of home healthcare data.

Thanks in advance for sharing!

Finding hospice-specific turnover data can be tricky. Try checking NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization)—they occasionally publish industry reports. Also, Bureau of Labor Statistics may have some relevant data under healthcare categories. For more specific benchmarking, you could try connecting with hospice networks or LinkedIn groups focused on palliative care.

There are many reasons why people in the working world are not direct when speaking. They are one of the following:

* They pretend they are experts
* They are inexperienced
* They are full of themselves
* They don't know what they are looking for
* They love to talk

Even if these people have good intentions, be careful of them. Your time is valuable, and the best thing for you to do is to be direct back at them.

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.
