Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)

Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

We r a team of only 3 ppl and no senior is helping me out. My lead will surely scold me Tommorow 😕 What to do? How to handle situations like this? Can they terminate me if i get in such situations again?
