Currently working as a scientist, i have about 7 years exp , and gained good insights into technical side with biologics manufacturing/ lab work etc. im looking to step into the commercial or biz related side of pharma. What roles shd i target? i dont have a MBA. Or shd i try to just climb the ladder on the technical side? - no PhD.

Hi guys, i have been working as a Data Engineer from past 7 years. I have mostly worked on MSBI stack and also have fair experience in PBI. Now that most of the companies are moving towards cloud based technologies, could you help me with the right pathway going forward for better opportunities.

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
