Hello everyone, I am a pediatric occupational therapist. I have 4 years of experience and am looking into switching to school based OT. Online it says you can look up salaries based on county, however none of the lingo makes any sense. Is anyone familiar with what school OTs make in Fairfax or Loudoun county Virginia?

I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. I provided many reasons to my management as to why I deserve the raise and all the successes I’ve had over the years with this company and management agreed that they were all valid reasons that warrant a raise. Does it make sense to stay and wait it out or should I be looking for a new job because I am being under valued?

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. 138k as an ACD in San Francisco - too low?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest
